F1 VISA

Under Trump’s administration, things have gotten harder for the international students to get F1 Visa and even to maintain their existing Visa.
On June 6th, the federal Student and Exchange Visitor Program announced that students enrolled in fully online programs would have to leave the country or transfer to a program that includes in-person classes to maintain legal status.

This does not mean that no F1 Visa will be issued.
US embassies will continue to issue F1 Visas, but under a tighter regulation and guidance.
